AIGT Environmental Protection Project - Competitive Selection Announcement for Procurement of Imported Catalyst Filter Bags
重慶三峰卡萬(wàn)塔環(huán)境產(chǎn)業(yè)有限公司現(xiàn)對(duì) AIGT 環(huán)保工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)口觸媒濾袋進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性比選采購(gòu)，歡迎符合資格要求的潛在報(bào)價(jià)人參加。
Chongqing Sanfeng Covanta Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. hereby conducts competitive selection procurement for imported catalyst filter bags for the AIGT Environmental Protection Project. Potential bidders meeting the qualification requirements are welcome to participate.
1、項(xiàng)目名稱：AIGT 環(huán)保工程項(xiàng)目
1、Project Name: AIGT Environmental Protection Project
2、采購(gòu)內(nèi)容：進(jìn)口觸媒濾袋的供貨（詳見附件：觸媒濾袋采購(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范）
2、Procurement Content: Supply of imported catalyst filter bags (see Annex: Technical Specifications for Procurement of Catalyst Filter Bags for details)
3、比選申請(qǐng)人資格要求
3、Qualification Requirements for Applicants
3.1、具有獨(dú)立法人資格，并具有有效營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照；非中國(guó)大陸申請(qǐng)人可以按其當(dāng)?shù)匾筇峁┫嚓P(guān)依據(jù)。
3.1、Possess independent legal person status and valid business license; applicants from outside Chinese mainland may provide relevant certificates in accordance with local requirements.
3.2、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體報(bào)價(jià)。
3.2、Consortium bids will not be accepted for this project.
3.3、關(guān)聯(lián)方約束：?jiǎn)挝回?fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得同時(shí)參加比選。
3.3、Related Party Restriction: Different entities whose legal representatives are the same person or have holding or management relationships shall not participate in the selection simultaneously.

獲取時(shí)間：2026 年 4 月 27 日～2026 年 4 月 29 日（工作時(shí)間）
Obtainment Time: April 27, 2026 – April 29, 2026 (working hours)
獲取方式：通過(guò)電子郵件（zouym@sancov.com）或電話（023-88055032）等方式領(lǐng)取比選文件。領(lǐng)取時(shí)，提供參與項(xiàng)目名稱、單位名稱、聯(lián)系人、手機(jī)號(hào)及郵箱地址等信息。
Obtainment Method: Collect the selection documents via email (zouym@sancov.com) or telephone (023-88055032). When collecting, provide information including project name, company name, contact person, mobile phone number and email address.
6、比選申請(qǐng)文件的遞交

文件遞交截止時(shí)間：2026 年 5 月 15 日 10:00 前（北京時(shí)間）
Submission Deadline: Before 10:00 on May 15, 2026 (Beijing Time)
遞交方式：全部文件應(yīng)在截止時(shí)間前交到或按下述地址郵寄到重慶三峰卡萬(wàn)塔環(huán)境產(chǎn)業(yè)有限公司采購(gòu)部。
Submission Method: All documents shall be delivered or mailed to the Procurement Department of Chongqing Sanfeng Covanta Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. at the following address before the deadline.

This selection announcement is released simultaneously on China Procurement and Bidding Website (www.chinabidding.com.cn) and the website of Chongqing Sanfeng Covanta Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. (www.jdlg.com.cn).
